Our Improver service engineers work for various customers carrying out service and maintenance on equipment ranging from multi compressor Co2 packs to integral Hydrocarbon cases.
Your Contribution (Job description)
In this role, you'll engage in a variety of activities, focused on growth, innovation, and driving dynamic value. Here are some key responsibilities:
Working with experienced engineers, you will:
- Assist with refrigeration service, maintenance, and installation work.
- Learn refrigeration fault\-finding and repair techniques.
- Develop a strong understanding of refrigeration and electrical systems.
- Complete service reports and customer documentation using mobile technology.
- Maintain company tools, PPE, and vehicle stock.
- Follow all Health \& Safety procedures and safe working practices.
- Build positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Attend manufacturer and technical training courses as part of your development.
You have a strong engineering background, proactive approach, adaptability, excellent analytical skills, and a customer\-focused mindset. Additionally, you should bring:
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Passion for engineering and technology
- Willingness to undertake training and achieve industry qualifications
- Electrical safety training
- Working at Height awareness
- F\-Gas Category 1
