What you'll be doing

As the hub of our busy Lettings team, you'll:

  • Coordinate the marketing of new rental properties, including photography, EPCs, online listings and social media.

  • Be the first point of contact for prospective tenants, handling enquiries via phone and email with exceptional customer service.

  • Register applicants, arrange viewings and manage feedback throughout the lettings process.

  • Support negotiations and assist with progressing offers through to completion.

  • Build strong relationships with landlords, tenants and relocation agents.

  • Assist with referencing, tenancy administration and post\-let processes.

  • Keep our systems, property records and reporting up to date with excellent attention to detail.
What we're looking for

You'll thrive in this role if you are:

  • An organised multitasker who enjoys working in a busy environment.

  • A confident communicator with outstanding customer service skills.

  • Proactive, positive and always willing to support the wider team.

  • Detail\-oriented with excellent administrative skills.

  • Experienced in a customer\-facing, property or lettings environment (preferred).

  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office and keen to learn new systems.

  • Interested in marketing or digital property promotion (experience is beneficial but not essential).
Knowledge of the Cambridgeshire property market or experience using design software such as Photoshop would be an advantage, but isn't essential.
