We’re growing — properly, not chaotically — and we’re looking for a solid refrigeration and air conditioning engineer who knows their craft and takes pride in their work.
This is a service and breakdown–led role, covering London and surrounding counties. There will be the occasional install when the install team is stretched, but if you’re looking for install\-heavy work, this isn’t it. We fix problems, keep sites running, and look after our customers properly.
If you’re the kind of engineer who wants to be trusted, left alone to get on with the job, and rewarded for pulling their weight — you’ll fit in well here.
What we’re looking for
- Minimum 4 years’ experience, fully qualified
- Strong service and fault\-finding background
- Reliable, self\-motivated, and professional on site
- Comfortable dealing directly with customers — no hand\-holding
- Clean driving licence
- DBS check required prior to starting
What’s on offer
- Salary: £45,000 – £52,000, depending on experience
- Monthly performance bonuses when targets are hit
