Your Role

As a Reddit Sales Specialist, you'll be responsible for connecting businesses with innovative advertising solutions. You'll identify opportunities, build relationships, and drive revenue through outbound sales strategies.

What You'll Do


  • Proactively engage with B2B clients through outbound sales activities

  • Identify new business opportunities and manage the full sales cycle

  • Present and promote Reddit's advertising solutions to potential clients

  • Build strong, long\-term relationships with key decision\-makers

  • Meet and exceed sales targets in a dynamic environment

What We're Looking For


  • Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B or outbound sales

  • First\-language English (UK) speaker or minimum C1 proficiency

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills

  • Goal\-oriented mindset with a passion for sales and client success

  • Ability to work on\-site in Lisbon
