What you'll be doing (the highlights)

· Designing new and creative attraction strategies to source candidates

· Shaping our approach to retention

· Providing advice and guidance on international recruitment

· Liaising with agencies for permanent and temporary staff

· Onboarding new hires ensuring they are able to get quickly into post and up to speed

· Building relationships with managers across the business to understand their staffing needs.

What we're looking for

• Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role


• Minimum of Level 3 CIPD qualification, preferably Level 5


• Proven experience of designing and deploying creative candidate attraction strategies


• Proven experience of redesigning recruitment and on\-boarding processes to improve candidate experience and reduce lead times


• Very strong social media, online job board, and employer branding experience


• Proven experience of reducing staff turnover


• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.


• Strong organisation, accuracy and attention to detail.


• A proactive, calm and solution‑focused approach.


• Full driving licence, access to vehicle, comfortable travelling across our sites in Birmingham, Walsall and Wolverhampton areas
