What you'll be doing (the highlights)

· Managing employee relations cases from start to finish.

· Giving clear, practical HR advice to managers and employees.

· Coaching managers to build confidence in handling people matters.

· Keeping HR records, data and documentation accurate and compliant.

· Supporting engagement, wellbeing and People \& Culture initiatives.

· Working with occupational health and legal providers.

· Taking growing ownership of HR processes and projects.

What we're looking for

• Level 5 CIPD qualification


• Around 2 years’ experience in a similar HR role.


• Strong knowledge of UK employment law


• Confident handling employee relations matters.


• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.


• Strong organisation, accuracy and attention to detail.


• A proactive, calm and solution‑focused approach.


• Full driving licence, access to vehicle, comfortable travelling across our sites in Birmingham, Walsall and Wolverhampton areas
