Location: Epping (1–2 days in office max)

Salary: £25,000 starting salary

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and organised Recruitment Resourcer to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in recruitment, with hands-on experience across candidate sourcing, bookings coordination, and on-call support.

Key Responsibilities

• Sourcing and screening candidates across a variety of roles


• Managing candidate pipelines and maintaining the internal database


• Coordinating and confirming bookings between clients and candidates


• Providing on-call support (rota-based) to assist with out-of-hours enquiries and bookings


• Building strong relationships with candidates to ensure a positive experience


• Supporting consultants with administrative and recruitment processes


• Ensuring compliance with company and industry standards

• Previous experience as a Recruitment Resourcer, or a similar administrative role preferred


• Strong communication and organisational skills


• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks


• Confident using systems and handling candidate data


• A proactive and team-oriented approach


• Flexibility to participate in an on-call rota

• Starting salary of £25,000


• Hybrid working – only 1–2 days per week in our Epping office
