We’re currently looking for a Recruitment Executive to join the team at Highgate Care working remotely covering Yorkshire and surrounding areas. What You’ll Be Doing

As our Recruitment Executive, you’ll play a vital role in enriching the lives of residents by:

• Arrange interviews, assessments, and onboarding appointments


• Complete interviews in the homes


• Attending or arranging recruitment events locally to homes requiring support


• Coordinate end\-to\-end recruitment activities for care and healthcare roles


• Advertise vacancies across job boards, social media, and recruitment platforms


• Screen CVs and shortlist suitable candidates


• Arrange interviews, assessments, and onboarding appointments


• Conduct reference checks, right\-to\-work checks, and DBS processing


• Ensure compliance with CQC standards and safer recruitment practices


• Respond to candidate queries professionally and promptly
