Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm

Job Type: Full\-Time, Temporary (until the end of the peak season December)

Regulux Transport Ltd is looking for a confident, organised and proactive Recruitment Coordinator to join our busy logistics team on a temporary full\-time basis until the end of the peak season.

This is a fast\-paced office\-based role where you'll be responsible for recruiting drivers, speaking with applicants, explaining the roles available and working closely with managers to ensure staffing requirements are met.

Key Responsibilities

Contacting candidates who have applied for driver positions.

Explaining the role, including pay rates, working hours, responsibilities and expectations.

Inviting suitable candidates for interviews and assessments.

Assisting with the onboarding process for new drivers.

Explaining vehicle requirements, including van hire where applicable.

Liaising with managers and the operations team regarding recruitment needs.

Keeping recruitment records up to date and ensuring all candidate information is accurate.

Providing a professional and friendly experience for all applicants.

What We're Looking For

Excellent communication and telephone skills.

Confident speaking with people and building rapport.

Good organisational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work in a fast\-paced office environment.

Competent IT skills.

Previous recruitment, administration or customer service experience is desirable but not essential.

What We Offer

£125 per day.

Full\-time temporary position until the end of the peak season.

Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm.
