As a Recruitment Coordinator, you’ll play a vital role in delivering high\-quality, inclusive recruitment services to assigned faculties and departments. You’ll support hiring managers through every stage of the recruitment lifecycle.
About You
We’re looking for:
- Experience in recruitment or HR operations, with strong organisational and communication skills.
- A customer\-focused mindset and ability to build trusted relationships with stakeholders.
- Confidence in interpreting data and using it to inform decisions and action plans.
- Knowledge of employment legislation relevant to recruitment.
- A collaborative team player with a commitment to continuous improvement and personal development.
