Role Description

Eos Adonis has built long\-standing relationships with elite US law firms and continues to expand into partner hiring, international legal markets and new practice areas.

Depending on your experience, you’ll have the opportunity to:

• Build your own specialist legal market.


• Develop relationships with some of the world’s leading law firms.


• Recruit across New York, Houston, Chicago, Los Angeles \& other major US cities


• Progress into leadership and build your own team

Who we're Looking For

Recruitment experience that can transfer over well to a candidate, relationship market.

More importantly, you’ll demonstrate:

• A strong billing history or clear evidence of high performance.


• Excellent sales and relationship\-building skills.


• Commercial awareness and the confidence to influence clients and candidates.


• Resilience, drive and ambition.


• The ability to move recruitment processes forward and close deals.


• A genuine desire to build something long\-term.
