As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a motivated and ambitious Recruitment Consultant or Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with sales experience who wants to move into recruitment, or for an experienced recruiter looking for the next step in a supportive and high\-growth environment.
The Opportunity
As a Recruitment Consultant, you will manage the full 360° recruitment process within the Facilities Management sector.
You will build strong relationships with both clients and candidates while developing your own specialist market.
For candidates from a sales background, we provide the training and support needed to develop into a successful recruiter, with a clear path for career progression and strong earning potential.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from business development through to candidate placement
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients across the FM and Engineering sectors
Identify new business opportunities and build your own client portfolio
Source and engage candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking
Screen and interview candidates to understand their experience and career goals
Write engaging job adverts and manage candidate applications effectively
Provide consultative advice to both clients and candidates on market conditions and hiring strategies
Work towards and exceed individual and team targets and KPIs
Maintain accurate records using our CRM / ATS system
Stay up to date with industry trends and market developments
About You

You will ideally have:
✅ Experience in sales, business development, or recruitment
✅ A confident and professional communication style
✅ Strong relationship\-building and negotiation skills
A self\-motivated and target\-driven mindset
✅ Excellent organisation and the ability to manage multiple priorities
✅ Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Experience using a CRM or ATS (desirable but not essential)
✅ A genuine interest in the Facilities Management, Engineering, or Technical sectors
