Salary \& Package:
Entry\-Level Recruitment Consultant (No Experience)
- Basic Salary: £27,000, increasing to £28,000 after 12 months
- First\-Year Earning Potential: £29,000 – £30,000 including commission
- Full training and support provided
- £28,000\-£29,500 basic salary dependent on experience
- OTE: £31,000 – £34,000
- Basic Salary: £32,500
- Commission/OTE: £36,000 – £38,000
- Car Allowance: £400 per month, or option of a company car
- 30 days annual leave (including bank holidays), rising to 33 days after one year

About the Role:
- Manage the full 360 recruitment cycle from business development to candidate placement
- Build and maintain strong, long\-term relationships with clients and candidates
- Identify and win new business through sales calls and face\-to\-face visits
- Mentor and support junior consultants (Senior role)
- Work towards achievable performance and sales targets with full support
Hours of Work:
Monday to Friday, 8:00AM – 5:00PM (1 hour lunch break)
Office based role.
A full current driving licence may be required.
