Recruitment Specialists – Full\-Time, Permanent
Little Island, Co. Cork
ProFleet Group is expanding our Recruitment \& Labour Division and is looking for experienced Recruitment Specialists to join our team in Little Island Co. Cork Ireland \& Frankfurt Germany.
This is a commercially focused role recruiting skilled professionals for major engineering and construction projects across Ireland, the UK Nordics, USA and mainland Europe.
The Role:
You will manage your own recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and screening through to placement, while developing strong relationships with candidates, clients and our operational teams.
Key Responsibilities:
\* Recruit across Mechanical, Civil, Construction and Engineering trades
\* Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines
\* Manage vacancies from requirement through to placement
\* Develop existing client relationships and identify new business opportunities
\* Support workforce planning for major Irish and European projects
\* Coordinate candidate availability, experience and project suitability
Who We're Looking For:
- Previous experience in construction, engineering, technical or trades recruitment is preferred.
- Experience in business development, client management or labour supply would be a strong advantage.
- Knowledge of sectors including Data Centres, Pharmaceutical, Semiconductor, Oil \& Gas and Power Generation is highly desirable.
- We want commercially minded, organised and results\-driven individuals who can build relationships and operate effectively in a fast\-paced environment.
