We are now looking for a motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team in Taunton.

The Role

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will support and manage executive search processes from start to finish. You will work closely with the team, clients and candidates across global markets, helping to source talent, conduct market research, coordinate interviews and build long\-term relationships.

This role is ideal for someone with previous recruitment experience, but we also welcome ambitious entry\-level candidates who are confident communicators, eager to learn and interested in building a career in executive search.

Key Responsibilities

• Supporting \& managing executive search assignments from start to finish


• Building strong relationships with clients and candidates


• Sourcing, approaching and assessing high\-quality candidates


• Conducting market research and talent mapping


• Coordinating interviews and supporting the recruitment process


• Providing tailored recruitment solutions to clients


• Supporting networking and business development activity


• Promoting diversity and inclusion within recruitment practices

You may already have experience in recruitment, sales, client management or relationship building, or you may be at the start of your career and looking for an opportunity to develop.
