Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Recruitment Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, engaging, and securing top talent across various industries. This role offers an exciting opportunity to utilise your relationship management skills, leverage social media platforms, and work with leading applicant tracking systems (ATS) to support organisational growth. The successful applicant will play a vital role in building strong client and candidate relationships, ensuring a seamless recruitment process from initial contact to placement.
Duties
- Lead generation through various channels including social media management and networking events to identify potential candidates and clients.
- Utilise ATS platforms such as Workday, Taleo, PeopleSoft, and HRIS systems to manage candidate pipelines, track applications, and streamline recruitment workflows.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability for roles across different sectors.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates through effective communication skills and regular follow\-ups.
- Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to offer negotiation, ensuring a positive experience for all parties involved.
- Collaborate with HR teams to understand organisational needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
- Maintain up\-to\-date knowledge of industry trends, labour laws, and best practices in human resources.
- Support social media campaigns to enhance employer branding and attract a diverse pool of applicants.
- Proven experience in lead generation and relationship management within the recruitment or human resources sector.
- Proficiency with ATS platforms such as Workday, Taleo, Salesforce, and PeopleSoft.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and clients at all levels.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems including HRIS software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Knowledge of social media management tools for recruitment marketing purposes.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast\-paced environment.
- Organised with excellent time management skills to handle multiple vacancies simultaneously.
- Understanding of human resources principles, employment law, and best practices in talent acquisition.
