We are looking for a Recruitment Administrator to join our team in a junior support role. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is organised, motivated, and looking to build a career within recruitment and healthcare staffing.

No two days are the same at Inspire Medical. You will play a key role in supporting the smooth running of the business across recruitment administration, compliance, accounts, and operational support activities.

Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment Administration

  • Supporting consultants with day\-to\-day recruitment activities

  • Managing candidate records and maintaining accurate database information

  • Coordinating interviews and candidate communications

  • Preparing candidate documentation and onboarding packs

  • Assisting with vacancy management and advertising roles
Compliance
  • Processing compliance documentation for healthcare professionals

  • Conducting reference checks and right\-to\-work verification

  • Monitoring candidate compliance status and renewal dates

  • Ensuring all records meet regulatory and client requirements

  • Maintaining accurate and up\-to\-date compliance files
Accounts \& Finance Support
  • Assisting with timesheet processing and payroll administration

  • Supporting invoice generation and client billing processes

  • Maintaining accurate financial records and documentation

  • Liaising with clients and candidates regarding payment queries
General Business Support
  • Providing administrative support across the wider business

  • Building positive relationships with candidates and clients

  • Supporting business development and marketing initiatives when required

  • Contributing to process improvements and operational efficiency
About You

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has excellent organisational skills and attention to detail

  • Is confident communicating with people by phone, email, and in person

  • Has strong administrative and IT skills

  • Is proactive, reliable, and willing to learn

  • Can manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively

  • Enjoys working as part of a small, supportive team
Previous recruitment, healthcare, administration, compliance, or accounts experience would be beneficial but is not essential. Full training will be provided for the right candidate.
