Recruitment Administrator

We have a very exciting opportunity for a Recruitment Administrator to join our team.

Working within our Operational Team, we are looking for someone with the passion, determination, heart and soul to help us recruit kind hearted, naturally caring, experienced and professional individuals who understand the demand the demands of a very busy Domiciliary Care organisation..

Recruitment Administrator Duties \& Responsibilities

• Full 360 Recruitment including interviews, DBS, Referencing, General Administration, Compliance checks and Marketing.


• Maintaining and establishing strong relationships with candidates and clients across the Social Care Sector.


• Sourcing new candidates creatively


• Attending Job Fairs/Networking Events


• Minute Taking


• General Administration

Requirements of a Recruitment Adminstrator

• Knowledge and understanding of the Domiciliary Care Sector is a must!


• Team player who is able to work collaboratively.


• Confident around new people, on the phone, Microsoft Teams and Social Media


• Professional and unflappable in a pressured environment


• Well organised with knowledge of Excel, Word and ATS systems.


• Passionate about recruiting the right people for the right job.


• At least 6 months experience within the Social Care Recruitment industry.

Please note, this role is full time office based (Lewisham), this role is not a working from home or hybrid position.

Driver advantageous due to job fairs, travelling to other locations to meet candidates.
