An exciting opportunity has arisen at Ferndale Swimming Pool for the appointment of a Recreation Manager.
Reporting to the Senior Leisure Management, the Recreation Manager will be accountable for all operational aspects of the centre and associated facilities.
The facility works closely with schools and other key partners, so a high standard of managerial experience and partnership working knowledge is essential.
Responsibilities include management of all centre and site support staff, programming of activities, administration, and facilitation of bookings, ensuring the health, safety and welfare of all staff and visitors to the facility, whilst maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction at all times.
