We are seeking a dynamic and personable Receptionist \& Social Media Coordinator to join our team. We are looking for a friendly, organised, and proactive Receptionist \& Social Media Coordinator to join our busy Skin and Dental Clinic. This role combines front\-of\-house reception duties with digital marketing and social media support to help deliver an excellent patient experience and grow our online presence.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent customer service, and confidence managing social media platforms and creating engaging content.
Key ResponsibilitiesReception Duties
- Welcome patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Manage appointment bookings, confirmations, and cancellations
- Answer phone calls, emails, and patient enquiries
- Handle patient records and maintain confidentiality
- Process payments and assist with daily administrative tasks
- Coordinate with clinicians to ensure smooth daily operations
- Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area
- Manage clinic social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.)
- Create and schedule engaging posts, stories, and promotional content
- Take photos/videos of treatments, clinic environment, and team content
- Respond to social media messages and comments professionally
- Assist with marketing campaigns, promotions, and patient engagement
- Monitor social media performance and suggest new content ideas
Requirements
- Previous experience in reception, customer service, or clinic administration preferred
- Experience managing social media platforms for a business
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Comfortable using booking systems, Microsoft Office, and social media apps
- Experience in a dental, aesthetics, beauty, or medical clinic is an advantage
