The Client Experience Executive, you will play a key role in delivering an outstanding client journey across our Employer Solutions team through a combination of relationship management and commercial support. You will managing day\-to\-day client relationships and activities, ensuring clear communication, seamless client experience, and consistent follow\-through. You will also support client retention, renewals, and revenue growth through proactive engagement, strong stakeholder management, and effective operational execution. What you’ll be doing

  • Managing the delivery of assigned client activity, ensuring plans, milestones, actions, and follow\-ups are completed accurately and on time.

  • Owning client onboarding, engagement, and follow\-up activity for a defined portfolio, ensuring a consistent and high\-quality client experience.

  • Acting as a key point of contact for client queries and issues, resolving where possible and escalating appropriately to maintain client satisfaction and trust.

  • Coordinating regular client review meetings, preparing agendas and follow\-up actions, ensuring clear communication between clients and internal stakeholders.

  • Supporting retention, renewal, and revenue growth activity by maintaining accurate opportunity information, tracking next steps, and contributing to the progression of commercial discussions.

  • Preparing client proposals, presentations, and supporting documents to assist Employer Solutions managers in securing new and existing business.

  • Managing inbound enquiries and sales leads where no existing relationship is in place, ensuring timely handling and appropriate follow\-up.

  • Maintaining accurate CRM records in Salesforce and use business intelligence tools to monitor pipeline activity, account progress, and reporting requirements.

  • Providing client insight and feedback to inform the work of Research, Learning, B2B Marketing, Customer Services, and Membership teams.

  • Contributing to internal workflow analysis and process improvements, using insight and experience to improve efficiency and enhance the client journey.

  • Acting as a subject matter expert for Employer Solutions processes and client requirements within internal projects, ensuring accurate and practical input.
What you’ll need to be successful
  • Experience in client facing role such as client relationship, customer success or account management, in a commercial or membership\-based environment.

  • Strong organisational and planning skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with confidence engaging professionally with clients and internal stakeholders at different levels.

  • Ability to build strong working relationships and manage client expectations effectively.

  • Experience preparing presentations, proposals, reports, or other client\-facing
materials to a high standard.* A proactive, commercially aware team player who can work independently and take ownership of tasks through to completion.
  • Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce, and Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint.

  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accurate records and produce clear updates.

  • Ability to identify issues, suggest improvements, and contribute to better ways of working.

  • Interest in the people profession and commitment to delivering a high\-quality client experience.
