Receptionist
Your future, as a receptionist at mydentist
You’ll be joining us at our Stone Practice. As a receptionist, you will provide outstanding customer service to our customers and patients, both face to face whilst visiting the practice, and by managing phone calls to our front desk.
This role operates on a 4\-week rotating shift pattern, alternating between late shifts in Weeks 1 and 3 (13:45–19:45 Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday, and 07:45–17:45 on Tuesday, with no weekend working) and early shifts in Weeks 2 and 4 (07:45–13:45 Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday, 07:45–17:45 on Tuesday, and a rotational Saturday shift from 08:30–14:00\). The rota averages approximately 37\.5 hours per week and repeats every four weeks.
