Receptionist/Concierge - Dublin
We have an exciting opportunity to join our growing team!
We’re currently recruiting a Receptionist / Concierge to become part of the Rapport Guest Services Team, based at our client’s office in Dublin 1\. In this front\-of\-house role with touch of facilities, you’ll be the first point of contact for occupiers and visitors, delivering exceptional service in a professional and welcoming environment, responsible for reception and lobby hosting in the office.
*Type of contract:* Full\-time, Permanent
*Hours:* 42\.5 per week (Monday \- Friday, shift rota basis between 8 AM – 5:30 PM)
*Salary:* €38,000\-40,000 per annum depending on experience

- As a Receptionist / Concierge, you’ll be the primary point of contact on the Ground Floor, responsible for reception and lobby hosting in the office.
- Our team is at the heart of the building \- we manage the daily flow of activity, support our high\-profile occupiers, and warmly welcome their visitors. With a strong focus on intuitive, high\-quality customer service, we ensure that every interaction is professional, friendly, and memorable.
- This position also includes facilities coordination, supporting the Building Manager and ensuring the workplace runs smoothly and efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of hospitality.
