Job summary
---------------
- To provide a friendly, effective reception, advice and information service to patients, colleagues and visitors to the Cardiac Cath Lab.
- Support and assist the nursing staff and contribute to the care
- To maintain electronic patient records, including the use of MAXIMS, EPRO, the ward shared drive and data entry onto the ward database.
- To support the organisation in achieving excellence in everything that we do by embedding and promoting the Trust values working towards providing outstanding care.

- Provide reception and administrative support for the Cardiac Cath Lab.
- Act as the first point of contact for patients, visitors and staff.
- Maintain accurate electronic patient records and activity data.
- Support performance reporting, governance and income recovery through accurate data capture.
- Coordinate patient appointments, admissions, transport and enquiries.
- Facilitate effective communication across the multidisciplinary team.
- Support patient flow and the efficient running of the department.
- Assist with stock management and general departmental administration.
- Contribute to service improvement and digital transformation initiatives.
