Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Mobile Maintenance Electrician to join our team and ensure the reliable operation of electrical systems across multiple locations. This role involves traveling to various sites to perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on electrical equipment and infrastructure as well as new installations. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail\-oriented, and passionate about maintaining safety standards while delivering exceptional service. As a Mobile Maintenance Electrician, you will play a vital role in keeping our facilities running smoothly and efficiently, supporting our commitment to operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on electrical systems and equipment at different sites.


• Troubleshoot electrical issues using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment to identify root causes quickly.


• Perform repairs and replacements of electrical components, wiring, panels, and fixtures in accordance with safety regulations.


• Maintain accurate documentation of work performed, including service reports, inspection logs, and repair records.


• Collaborate with site managers and other maintenance personnel to prioritize tasks and ensure minimal downtime.


• Adhere strictly to safety protocols, including lockout/tagout procedures and electrical codes, to prevent accidents.


• Travel between locations as needed to provide timely electrical support and maintenance services.

Skills

• Proficiency with hand tools and power tools essential for electrical maintenance tasks.


• Solid electrical experience with the ability to interpret technical diagrams, schematics, and wiring diagrams.


• Strong troubleshooting skills to diagnose issues efficiently and implement effective solutions.


• Excellent communication skills for coordinating with team members and reporting on work progress.


• Ability to work independently in diverse environments while maintaining high safety standards.


• Knowledge of electrical codes, safety regulations, and best practices in maintenance operations.

Pay: £29,600\.00\-£45,500\.00 per year
