Receptionist and HR Assistant
Job Description:
Overview We are seeking a detail\-oriented and proactive Receptionist and Human Resources Assistant to support our HR department in various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills and a keen eye for detail, ensuring that all HR processes run smoothly. This role is crucial in maintaining effective communication within the team and assisting with various HR functions.
· Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, ensuring all employee records are up to date.
· Assist with administrative duties such as filing, scanning, and maintaining HR documents.
· Utilise Birdie, QuickBooks for payroll processing and financial record\-keeping as required.
· Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring the HR department is well\-equipped.
· Provide clerical support by answering phone calls and responding to inquiries with excellent phone etiquette.
· Coordinate and schedule interviews, meetings, and training sessions for new hires.
· Support the onboarding process by preparing necessary documentation and facilitating orientation sessions.
· Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information while adhering to company policies.
Requirements
· Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within Human Resources or a related field.
· Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy.
· Proficiency in using Google Suite and other office software applications.
· Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
· Strong verbal and written communication skills, demonstrating professionalism at all times.
· Familiarity with clerical tasks and office procedures is essential.
· A positive attitude towards teamwork and collaboration is highly valued.

Pay £26,438\.00\-£27,000\.00 per year
