Nursery Manager – London E11 (10 mins from Ilford)

Salary: £40,000–£45,000 per year (depending on experience and qualifications)
Hours: 40 hours per week \| Monday–Friday \| Shifts between 8:00am–6:00pm
Contract: Permanent, all year round

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire the nursery team to deliver outstanding EYFS care and education


• Ensure a safe, stimulating, and well\-organised nursery environment


• Oversee daily operations, KPIs, budgets, and targets


• Conduct staff supervisions, appraisals, and performance management


• Manage recruitment, interviews, and onboarding processes


• Ensure compliance with safeguarding, EYFS, OFSTED, and company policies


• Conduct nursery tours and support occupancy growth


• Promote a positive, high\-quality nursery reputation

About You

• Previous Nursery Manager or Deputy Manager experience essential


• Minimum Level 3 Childcare qualification


• Strong knowledge of EYFS and OFSTED requirements


• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills


• Confident in managing teams and driving performance


• Strong attention to detail and time management skills


• Eligible to work in the UK
