Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Receptionist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily administrative tasks, ensuring smooth office operations, and providing exceptional support to staff and clients. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong organisational skills and experience in office administration to contribute to a professional and dynamic environment.

Duties

  • Managing incoming calls with professional phone etiquette and directing enquiries appropriately

  • Organising and maintaining filing systems, both electronic and physical

  • Performing data entry tasks accurately using different platforms

  • Collate information and send out key reports to clients

  • Preparing correspondence, reports, and other documents as required

  • Handling mail distribution

  • Ensuring the office environment remains tidy and well\-stocked with supplies

  • Assisting with basic HR duties such as onboarding new staff

  • General administration duties including typing meeting minutes, emails etc

  • to carry out any other reasonable duties as requested by manager
Experience
  • Proven office experience or administrative experience in a professional setting

  • Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively

  • Good typing speed and data entry accuracy, attention to detail

  • Demonstrated ability to communicate professionally via phone and email

  • Clerical experience that highlights attention to detail and confidentiality

  • Ability to multitask effectively

  • Previous reception or front\-of\-house experience is desirable but not essential

  • Ability to work under slight pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively

  • Ability work work independently and as part of a team
