The Role

• To provide comprehensive Administrative and Clerical support to clinical and non\-clinical staff in order to ensure the smooth running of the service.

In this key role, you will:

• General reception duties.


• Sort and distribute incoming and outgoing mail.


• Day to day maintenance of departmental requirements to ensure the smooth running of the department.


• Dealing with enquiries, either face\-to\-face or by telephone, from the general public, patients and external agencies.

What You'll Bring:

• Educated to standard grade level or experience in a similar role


• Well developed interpersonal skills in customer care.


• Excellent communication skills.


• Good organisational and planning skills.
