Receptionist/Administration Assistant

We are seeking to recruit a admin assistant / receptionist, to support the therapies hub / community nursing hub with Sefton / Southport. The successful applicant will be familiar with office duties and meet Merseycare values. They will use a variety of electronic systems and be confident in the phone receiving and passing on messages in a timely manner.

To provide an efficient and effective clerical service to the multi\-disciplinary team.

The role will include providing administrative support to the team and will include answering telephone calls into the Service, photocopying, scanning, uploaded referrals and making appointments.
