About the Role

This is a varied and rewarding position where no two days are the same.
As the first point of contact for our patients—whether over the phone, via email, or in person—you’ll play a vital role in ensuring every interaction is handled with care and professionalism.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Booking and managing appointments using our clinical system

  • Greeting patients and managing front desk enquiries

  • Handling patient queries via phone, email, and face\-to\-face communication
About You

You don’t need previous experience in general practice — we’ll provide training and support. What matters most is your attitude and approach.

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Is a confident, clear communicator with great interpersonal skills

  • Can stay calm under pressure and handle a busy workload efficiently

  • Works well both independently and as part of a supportive team

  • Is organised, reliable, and proactive
Shift patterns:

24 hours

MON 13\.30\-18\.30

TUE 8\.30\-12\.30

WED 12\.00\-18\.30

THURS 8\.30\-13\.00

FRI 8\.30\-13\.00
