Adomag Valuers ApS is seeking a detail\-oriented and structured Real Estate Valuation Coordinator to support our valuation team in delivering high\-quality property valuation services across residential, commercial, and investment real estate.

Role Overview

As a Real Estate Valuation Coordinator, you will play a key administrative and analytical support role in the valuation process. You will work closely with certified valuers, clients, and internal stakeholders to ensure accurate data collection, efficient workflow management, and timely delivery of valuation reports.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage incoming valuation assignments from clients and partners


• Collect, verify, and organize property data, including deeds, floor plans, zoning information, and market comparables


• Support valuation specialists in preparing reports for residential and commercial properties


• Maintain and update internal valuation databases and property records


• Communicate with real estate agents, municipalities, and clients to obtain necessary documentation


• Ensure deadlines are met and workflow processes are followed accurately


• Assist in quality control checks of valuation reports before submission


• Support continuous improvement of valuation procedures and documentation standards

• Experience in real estate, property management, finance, or administrative coordination (valuation experience is a plus)


• Strong understanding of real estate terminology and property documentation


• Excellent organizational and time\-management skills


• High attention to detail and accuracy in data handling


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property\-related systems (CRM or valuation tools is an advantage)


• Strong communication skills in English; Danish is an advantage but not mandatory

• Structured and analytical mindset


• Proactive and service\-oriented attitude


• Ability to work both independently and as part of a professional team


• Comfortable managing multiple assignments simultaneously
