Residential Property Lawyer (1-3 PQE) | Brighton | Hybrid Working

I'm working with a leading South East law firm seeking a Residential Property Lawyer (Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer) to join its highly regarded Real Estate team in Brighton.

The role:

• Manage a residential conveyancing caseload under supervision


• Handle property purchases and disposals


• Work within the growing retirement living sector


• Deliver outstanding client care and build strong client relationships

You will have:

• 1-3 years' PQE or equivalent residential property experience


• Strong conveyancing and client management skills


• Excellent organisation, communication and drafting abilities


• A collaborative and proactive approach
