Due to ongoing success, there is an urgent need for a real estate paralegal to join a leading London based law firm on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will join the real estate team and manage a caseload of high volume property sales, handling both shared ownership and outright sales. This is a hybrid working role which will require you to attend the office three days per week.

Daily duties include dealing with all aspects of post completion work including requisitions as well as downloading office copies from the Land Registry and reviewing title documents. A key aspect of the role will require you to provide clients with weekly or monthly progress reports and regular invoices.

Applicants will have completed a law degree or equivalent and will have gained previous experience in dealing with shared ownership transactions including assignments and staircasing. Experience dealing with leasehold transactions is also required. Solid drafting skills are paramount coupled with the ability to manage tasks concurrently.
