- Active real estate license in Texas or ability to obtain within 30 days (actively enrolled in licensing preferred)
- Minimum 2\+ years of sales experience or a demonstrated track record of closed transactions (8\+ closings in the last 24 months)
- Full\-time availability including evenings and weekends \- This is a high\-volume production role — not a side hustle."
