Re-Offending Manager
Help Change Lives and Reduce Re\-Offending
Are you passionate about making a lasting difference to the lives of vulnerable people? We are looking for an experienced and inspiring Re\-Offending Reduction Lead to join our Custody Healthcare Service and play a key role in transforming outcomes for individuals who come into contact with the criminal justice system.
In this rewarding position, you will lead initiatives that address the complex health, mental health, substance misuse, and social challenges that can contribute to offending behaviour. Working closely with the Clinical Lead and Contract \& Partnership Manager, you will help shape and deliver innovative strategies that reduce repeat custody presentations, strengthen partnership working, and support safer, healthier communities.
As the Re\-Offending Reduction Lead, you will champion a person\-centred and trauma\-informed approach, coordinating targeted interventions and integrated care pathways for individuals with complex and often unmet needs. Building strong relationships with Police, Probation, Liaison \& Diversion teams, local authorities, housing providers, and community organisations, you will help ensure people can access the right support at the right time. You will use data and insight to drive service improvement, monitor outcomes, and demonstrate impact against contractual KPIs, while maintaining the highest standards of safeguarding, governance, and quality. You will also lead Social Value initiatives that promote community wellbeing, inclusion, and opportunity, and provide guidance and support to colleagues on re\-offending, vulnerability, and trauma\-informed practice.
Success in this role will be reflected in reduced repeat custody presentations and lower re\-offending rates, alongside increased engagement with healthcare, community, and support services following release from custody. Through compassionate leadership, collaborative working, and a commitment to continuous improvement, you will build meaningful partnerships, deliver positive outcomes for individuals and communities, and ensure the service consistently meets its quality, performance, and Social Value commitments.
