About the Role
------------------
The role of the Quality Systems Manager is to ensure that the site Quality Management system is effective and that all documentation and records are accurate, controlled and accessible. They will be responsible for assuring site capabilities ahead of external audits.
Main Responsibilities

- Ensures Site Quality Management System is up to date and compliant with all Ferrero, FBC UK group and customer standards
- Formalises rules, standards and codes of practice for sites internal use, based on guidelines defined by Group Quality System and other external organizations, including customer requirements
- * Formalises sanitation, GMP, HACCP and Pest control activities aimed to guarantee appropriate sanitary condition within the working environment and ensures records are in place
- Responsible for ensuring that all Documentation and records are accurate, up to date and controlled
- Validates product quality assessments, identifies and leads improvement plans
- Analyses assigned KPIs and ensures appropriate action plans are in place and implemented
- Supports FS\&Q “culture programs” in each Plant
- Facilitates Continuous Improvement at Plant level
- * Supports all external audits at site
- * Maintains Site Quality data capture systems

- Someone with HACCP Level 3 and Food Safety Level 3 qualifications
- At least 2 years' experience managing Quality Systems at a food manufacturing site that produces Private Label products for UK retailers.
- Ability to build relationships at all levels
- Problem\-solving, strong organisational and prioritisation skills
- Presentation and delivery skills
- Strong IT skills
