We are one of the leading training providers in the Midlands with centres around the Midlands and Staffordshire, providing Apprenticeships, traineeships, commercial courses and funded training throughout the country. We offer Industry wide training to cover: Health and Social Care, Dental, Engineering, Accounting, Business and Management, Hospitality and Retail.

Key Responsibilities
Contract \& Performance Management
- Conduct incisive performance reviews to drive success rates and control learner profiles
- Oversee contractual compliance and reporting
- Lead deep dives across programmes to identify improvement opportunities
- Coach and support Learning \& Development Tutors (LDTs) to deliver excellence
- Analyse learner progress, attendance, and engagement to inform tutor intervention
- Design innovative delivery models and resources for new standards
- Knowledge of Ofsted and DfE quality frameworks
- Drive learner survey completion and use data to inform strategy
- Prepare lead standardisation activities across departments
- Achieve start targets and contribute to business development growth through referrals
- Facilitate CPD activity and ensure it is tracked and acted upon
- Teach and standardise staff to meet sector benchmarks
- Act as the quality assurance champion for designated qualifications
Essential:
· Knowledge of Apprenticeship Standards and EPA
- GCSEs A\-C in Maths \& English
- Level 2 Functional Skills
- TAQA Award or equivalent
- Proven occupational competence
- Excellent IT, presentation \& communication skills
- Experience of working to target\-driven outcomes
- Full UK driving licence and access to a car
- Right to live and work in the UK without restriction

Applicants will be required to undergo an Enhanced DBS check.
Our hours of work are 36\.5 and we offer a competitive salary. We offer 25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays in year 1, increasing each year to 30 days plus Bank Holidays after completion of 5 years’ service. We have an early finish on Friday.
