Team member of the QA/RA group, able to assist other QA/RA team members in general Quality and Regulatory matters such as; peer reviewing documentation, managing customer complaints/non\-conformances and maintaining the quality management system.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
·Primarily to carry out non\-conformance and complaint investigations
And incoming goods medical device inspection.
But other duties may include:
\-To provide some technical guidance to colleagues in quality and regulatory requirements.
\-Ensure that the documents and records required to meet quality and regulatory requirements are collated and maintained.
\-Reviewing and approving any supplier, product or packaging/labelling changes required by the Business within its product range.
\-Working with suppliers to ensure they are compliant to UK, EU and other country specific regulations.
\-Participate in the technical review and quality verification of regulatory submissions.
\-To support external audits and be involved in internal audits.
To support development of new products
EDUCATION AND TRAINING
\- HND/Degree in technical discipline, such as engineering, medical technology, science or relevant industry experience
KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE
\-To be computer literate
\-Basic understanding of quality management systems, or ability to learn this quickly.
