Overview
To provide administrative support to the QHSE function ultimately assisting to the smooth maintenance of the Quality, Health \& Safety and Environmental systems and improving product and service quality, safety performance, our environmental impact and reducing risks to the business. You'll be responsible for ensuring compliance with Quality, Environmental, and Health \& Safety standards, while promoting a strong quality and safety culture across factory and operations.
Key Responsibilities
· Maintain H\&S and Environmental systems, policies, and risk assessments
· Provide input to the QHSE Manager of issues relating to the management of the QHSE systems.
· Advise the QHSE Manager of any aspect of QHSE which requires notification to or has the ability to escalate into a notifiable regulatory body concern.
· Lead internal audits
· Support QMS and Food Safety compliance
· Deliver inductions, training, and quality and Health and Safety monthly meetings
· Produce monthly QHSE reports and drive continuous improvement
· Conduct audits, inspections, and accident investigations
· To undertake any other relevant task as requested by management.
· Maintaining site accreditation and ensuring customer satisfaction
· Supporting technical projects and improvement activities within the department
· Complaint investigation, Traceability, Data analysis

· Experience in Quality and HSE within manufacturing
· Strong Computer skills (Microsoft Office, use of database\-data input, database set ups, Macros/Excel)
· Knowledge of BRC food safety, and risk \& COSHH assessments
· Experience in delivering training
· IOSH Certificate (desirable)
· Internal Audit qualification (desirable)
· HACCP and Food safety qualifications (Desirable)
Competitive salary
Working hours: 37\.5 hrs/week Monday to Friday
Pay: £28,000\.00\-£32,000\.00 per year
