- You are strongly analytical and structured, able to translate complex problems into clear actions.
- You are data\-driven in decision making and can build fact\-based alignment across stakeholders.
- You are hands\-on and proactive—comfortable being on the floor, not only behind spreadsheets.
- You work effectively cross\-functionally with production, R\&D, and application teams to turn quality needs into shared execution.
- Previous experience in Quality for Productions sites and relevant Educational background.
