Role Overview
This is an exciting opportunity to become a valued member of our progressive clinic. You’ll work closely with our clinicians to deliver high\-quality, patient\-centered care and play a key role in ensuring a smooth, positive experience for every patient.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide chairside support to dentists and other clinicians during treatments
- Prepare and maintain dental instruments, materials, and equipment
- Adhere to all cross\-infection control protocols (HTM 01\-05\)
- Maintain accurate patient records and handle queries with professionalism
- Set up and close down surgeries efficiently
- Deliver excellent patient care before, during, and after treatment
- Assist at reception when needed (booking appointments, greeting patients)
- Comply with all GDC, CQC, and practice policies and procedures
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Friendly, professional manner with a proactive approach
