Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Qualified Dental Nurse to join our dynamic dental team. Duties

  • Assist dentists during a variety of dental treatments, ensuring procedures run efficiently and comfortably for patients

  • Prepare treatment rooms with the necessary instruments and materials, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and sterilization

  • Provide compassionate patient care by explaining procedures, answering questions, and addressing concerns with professionalism

  • Manage patient records accurately using IT systems, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations

  • Support administrative tasks such as appointment scheduling, patient check\-in/out, and maintaining organized clinical supplies

  • Monitor patient well\-being throughout treatments, including vital signs when needed, and respond promptly to any emergencies or discomforts

  • Communicate effectively with patients in clear English, ensuring they understand instructions for post\-treatment care
Qualifications
  • Recognized qualification as a Dental Nurse from an accredited training program or regulatory body

  • Proven experience in patient care within a dental setting or healthcare environment

  • Strong communication skills in English to interact confidently with patients and team members

  • Proficiency in using IT systems for record keeping and appointment management

  • Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast\-paced environment

  • Knowledge of infection control protocols, sterilization procedures, and health \& safety standards in dentistry

  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while demonstrating professionalism and attention to detail
