We are currently seeking a Qualified Conveyancer to handle a range of responsibilities from managing conveyancing transactions to maintaining strong client relationships.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Manage full conveyancing transactions from instruction to completion.


• Liaise effectively with clients, estate agents, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.


• Prepare and review legal documents related to property transactions.


• Ensure strict compliance with all regulatory requirements.


• Provide exceptional client service, maintaining and developing strong client relationships.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in conveyancing is preferred.


• CLC/CILEx qualifications are highly desirable.


• Additional experience in wills and powers of attorney is advantageous.


• Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.


• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
