The Opportunity An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Financial Services Administrator to join a well-established Chartered Financial Planning practice in Surrey during an exciting period of growth.
Working closely with Financial Advisers, Paraplanners and the wider administration team, you’ll provide high-quality administrative support while developing your knowledge and experience within financial planning.

Key Responsibilities • Provide day-to-day administrative support to Financial Advisers
- Prepare client meeting packs, documentation and follow-up actions
- Process new business across investments, pensions and protection
- Handle client servicing requests and liaise with product providers
- Maintain accurate client records and CRM systems
- Support clients with applications and documentation
- Manage adviser diaries and meeting arrangements where required
- Respond to client queries professionally and efficiently
- Previous experience within IFA, Financial Planning or Wealth Management administration
- Good knowledge of financial planning administration and client servicing
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Confidence dealing with clients, Advisers and providers
For the right person, there may be future opportunities to develop into Senior Administration, Paraplanning, Operational or Leadership positions, alongside support for relevant professional qualifications.
