Location: Stoke\-on\-Trent \& Staffordshire
Salary: £32,640 per year (including sleep\-in allowance)
Hours: Full\-time \| 2 on 4 off shift pattern \| Sleep\-in shifts required

We’re expanding across Stoke\-on\-Trent and Staffordshire and are looking for Qualified Residential Support Workers who are compassionate, resilient, and committed to making a real difference.

Your Role
As a Qualified Residential Support Worker, you will:

• Provide person\-centred care for children and young people in a residential setting


• Build positive, trusting relationships that promote emotional and behavioural stability


• Support young people to develop independence and essential life skills


• Implement care plans and contribute to their ongoing review and development


• Maintain accurate daily records and reports


• Work effectively with colleagues and other professionals to achieve the best outcomes

What We’re Looking For

• Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent qualification) — *essential*


• Previous experience supporting young people with emotional and behavioural difficulties


• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for work


• Strong communication, empathy, and problem\-solving skills


• Flexibility to work sleep\-in shifts on a 2 on 4 off rota pattern
