Jerk Junction – the home of bold Jamaican flavours, sunshine energy, and good times – is firing up the grill and opening our newest site right in the heart of Leeds. We’re on the lookout for a passionate, people\-loving General Manager to lead the team and keep the good vibes rolling.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the team with energy, heart, and authenticity!


• Drive high standards across service, food quality, and cleanliness.


• Keep the place buzzing – managing fast\-paced service while keeping smiles all around.


• Take ownership of the P\&L, rotas, ordering and stock – know your numbers as well as your jerk seasoning!


• Inspire and develop your team to deliver the kind of hospitality that keeps guests coming back for more.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

You’ll be measured (and rewarded!) on:

• Sales Growth – driving revenue through upselling, smart service, and local marketing.


• Labour \& Cost Control – hitting weekly targets without compromising service.


• Guest Satisfaction – delivering 5 star experiences and top feedback scores.


• Team Retention \& Development – building a motivated, high\-performing crew.


• Operational Standards – maintaining top hygiene, speed, and quality across every shift.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience managing a busy restaurant or QSR – you thrive when it’s go\-time.


• A natural leader who loves motivating a team and building a positive culture.


• Passion for food and great hospitality – bonus points if you’re into Caribbean cuisine or street food!


• Hands\-on attitude – no task too small, no challenge too big.


• Organised, energetic, and ready to make our Leeds site the place to be.


• Flexibility with working hours, you will be required to work some late nights \& weekends!
