Location: Oeiras / Lisbon, Portugal
Work Model: Hybrid — 3 days onsite per week

About the Opportunity
We are looking for a QA Automation Engineer to join an energy sector project, developing and improving test automation solutions across different technology layers, with a particular focus on SAP and REST APIs.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain automated tests for SAP environments and REST APIs.
- Apply Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery practices to test automation.
- Create and maintain automated test cases and reusable automation components.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of existing automation solutions.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure delivery quality.
Mandatory Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in technology, including 2 years in test automation.
- Previous experience working within Java development teams.
- Practical understanding and application of CI/CD.
- Experience with test automation in SAP environments.
- Experience automating REST API and service tests.
- Fluency in Portuguese and English, spoken and written.
- Availability to work onsite in Oeiras / Lisbon 3 days per week.
Nice to Have
- Backend, frontend/UI and mobile test automation.
- Experience with Keyword Driven testing and Gherkin/BDD.
- Creation and maintenance of work items in TFS or Jira.
- Git for version control.
- Development of reusable components and optimisation of automation solutions.
- Knowledge of TestPath and Worksoft.
- Experience in Agile projects.
- ISTQB certification.
- Spanish language skills.
Ideal Profile
A professional with practical experience in SAP and REST API test automation, familiar with Java development teams and integrating tests into CI/CD processes. You bring analytical thinking, attention to quality and an interest in improving test coverage and maintainability.
