• Job Title: Purser.


• Project: Offshore Vessel.


• Location: Worldwide (currently in Saudi Arabia).


• Rotation: 90/30 days on/off or 56/28 days on/off.


• Salary: Please confirm your realistic expectations when applying. This will be discussed with the right candidate. Consolidated monthly salary (not paid while on rotational leave).


• Duration: 12 months (renewable).


• Contract Start: ASAP (TBC).


• Insurances: Provided by the company.


• Employer: Our client, a drilling and construction contractor.

• Prior experience in document control or document management.


• Background in the Oil \& Gas sector, preferably offshore projects in the Middle East.


• Strong computer literacy (MS Office and document systems)


• Intermediate level of English (written and spoken)


• Previous exposure to offshore/onboard operations or onshore admin roles within:


• Travel coordination or offshore manning agencies.


• Logistics support functions.


• Administrative support environments.


• Ability to work with structured documentation and compliance processes

• Maintain and organize controlled project and operational documents.


• Ensure accurate filing, version control, and document tracking.


• Support offshore and onshore teams with administrative coordination.


• Assist in logistics and personnel movement documentation.


• Liaise with travel/manning agencies for workforce arrangements.


• Prepare and update records, reports, and compliance documentation.


• Ensure all documentation aligns with company and project standards.
