We are currently seeking a Purchasing \& Stock Controller to help drive the next stage of our development. The successful candidate will be responsible for stock control, materials management, and warehouse organisation, ensuring robust systems are in place to support efficient factory operations and continued business growth. This is a 7am \- 4pm role.
Duties \& Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain an organized factory stores system.
- Create designated storage locations for all materials and components.
- Implement stock control procedures.
- Maintain accurate inventory records of factory stock..
- Conduct regular cycle counts and stock audits.
- Monitor stock levels and reorder materials and consumables by send purchase orders to suppliers.
- Liaise with operations and production teams.
- First point of contact for all factory deliveries.
- Receive, inspect, and verify delivered materials against purchase orders and delivery notes.
- Reduce material loss, waste, and stock discrepancies.
- Ensure production teams always have the materials required.
- Previous experience in a stores, warehouse, inventory control, logistics, or materials management role is desirable.
- Knowledge of construction materials is desirable.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to create and maintain orderly storage systems.
- Comfortable using laptops, tablets, and inventory management software.
- Good communication skills with suppliers, delivery drivers, management, and production staff.
- Highly organised and methodical.
- Self\-motivated and capable of working independently.
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability.

Pay: From €16\.00 per hour
